Training Sessions
Autumn schedule: Mon 7:30pm coached track running, Tue 6pm trails run, Thu 7pm turbo, Fri 6:30pm coached pool swim, Sat 8:30am club trail run, Sun 8:30am club ride. Schedule revised yearly; inclusive for all levels.
