PureTriathlon is a UK-based triathlon content and e-commerce brand. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 15781500.

All content published on puretriathlon.co.uk, including articles, training guides, gear reviews, downloadable PDFs, and race-day tips, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes professional coaching advice, medical advice, nutritional guidance, or any other form of regulated professional advice.

Before making changes to your training, diet, or health regime, you should consult a suitably qualified professional. PureTriathlon accepts no liability for any decisions made based on content published on this site.

5. The Shop

The PureTriathlon Collection is our range of own-brand premium merchandise, available at shop.puretriathlon.co.uk. Products include items such as t-shirts, hoodies, and mugs bearing PureTriathlon branding and designs.

Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant products. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards. We do not store your full card details.

Fulfilment (print-on-demand)

All merchandise is produced on a print-on-demand basis and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. This means each item is individually made to order after your purchase. We do not hold pre-made stock.

Typical production time is 2 to 7 business days before dispatch, depending on the product and current demand. This is in addition to the delivery time shown at checkout.

Delivery

We primarily serve customers in the United Kingdom. Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout. We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £25. Orders below this threshold may incur a delivery charge, which will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may ship internationally in certain circumstances; any applicable international delivery charges and estimated times will be shown at checkout. Please note that international customers may be responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their country.

Delivery estimates are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. PureTriathlon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and refunds

Because all products are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

We will offer a full refund or replacement in the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item (wrong product, size, or design)
• The item is significantly different from its description

Claims for defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. To make a claim, please contact us at hello@puretriathlon.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Affiliate products disclaimer

Our products page (puretriathlon.co.uk/products) features links to products sold by third-party retailers. Some of these links are affiliate links, which means PureTriathlon may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.

We only recommend products we genuinely believe may be of value to triathletes. However, PureTriathlon:

• Does not control the pricing, availability, quality, or accuracy of third-party products or listings
• Is not a party to any transaction you enter into with a third-party retailer
• Accepts no liability for issues arising from purchases made through third-party retailers

Any purchase you make via an affiliate link is governed by that retailer's own terms and conditions, returns policy, and privacy policy. We encourage you to review those before purchasing.

7. Newsletter & email communications

We send a weekly email newsletter containing triathlon content, training tips, gear recommendations, and occasional promotions.

You will only receive our newsletter if you have actively opted in (for example, by submitting your email address via a sign-up form) on our website. We operate on a consent-based basis and do not send unsolicited commercial emails.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send you, or by contacting us at hello@puretriathlon.co.uk. Unsubscribe requests will be processed promptly.
