About Bexhill Runners & Triathletes
Bexhill Runners & Triathletes is a friendly community club offering support in running and triathlon for all abilities, from beginners to racers. Formed by merging local running and triathlon groups, it provides coached sessions for adults and juniors aged 8+.
Training Sessions
Mon: social run or brick; Tue: trail runs; Wed: main run/intervals 7pm seafront; Thu: strength & conditioning; Fri: coached swim; Junior Thu 6pm & Sat 9am run.
