Training Sessions
Juniors train twice weekly: swim (1hr, all strokes, RAF Cranwell pool, coached by Bev/Robert, groups by ability, min 50m unaided); land training (run/cycle/conditioning/transitions at St George's School gym/fields). Adults: sessions at RAF Cranwell, Sleaford LC, etc.; social rides/runs restart in better weather; details via SportMember app/calendar.
