Training Sessions
Swim: Thursdays 20:00 at Gosport Leisure Centre (coaching/supervised sets, all abilities, first taster free). Bike: Zwift weekly in winter (free for members); rides 3rd Sunday monthly (various abilities). Run: Weekly hills/recovery with Absolute 545 Run Club (all abilities); regular Parkruns. Sea swims in warmer months at local beaches.
