Training Sessions
Weekly sessions at Leybourne Lake (Maidstone area) and Canterbury: Sat runs (various/Parkrun), Tue summer OWS 6pm Leybourne, Wed swims (winter Cobham Hall 8pm Leybourne, 7pm Dover for Canterbury), Wed summer bike socials, Thu winter turbo online 6:30pm, Sun bike socials from Leybourne. Check Facebook for details/impromptu sessions. Coached pool swims year-round; open water summer after assessment. Juniors included.
