About Cardiff Junior Tri Club Wales
Established almost 20 years ago, the Cardiff Junior Triathlon Club caters for children from 8 to 17 years of age, offering fully coached sessions in swim, bike, run, and transition at Maindy Leisure Centre. Whether training for fun, fitness, first triathlon, or performance improvement, the club provides a friendly environment with qualified British Triathlon coaches.
Training Sessions
Saturday 13:00-15:00 (run/cycle 13:00-14:15, swim 14:30-15:00); Sunday 10:00-12:00 (run or cycle alternating 10:00-11:15, swim 11:30-12:00); Monday 18:00-20:00 (run/cycle 18:00-19:15, swim 19:30-20:00). All at Maindy Leisure Centre.
