Newport East Wales Triathlon (NEWT) is a small, friendly, volunteer-run community triathlon club formed in 2006, serving Newport and South East Wales, welcoming athletes from novices to pros.
Training Sessions
Swim: Tue/Thu pool 8-9pm NISV/ALC £4, Wed open water 6:15-7:30pm Llandegfedd £7. Run: Mon 7-8:30pm sets. Bike: Tue/Sat social rides 6pm spring+ NISV/various free for members. Coached by qualified BT coaches.
