Mark Farquhar

TriSMART's Head Coach and founder is Mark Farquhar. Mark is an ITU Level 2 Triathlon Coach, & Ironman Certified Coach with many years experience in the triathlon, cycling and running world. A competitive Triathlete, bike racer & runner, Mark knows how to sustain consistent training whilst also balancing the demands of work and family life. More recently, Mark has also completed his Level 2 Open Water Coaching, Cycling Ireland, Athletics NI & Level 5 Sports Nutrition.
