Alice Barnes

I offer remote and face-to-face coaching in triathlon, open water and swimming for competition. I particularly enjoy working with beginner to intermediate age-groupers, helping them to find their best performances and make gains towards their goals. I specialise in sprints, standards and middle distance events in triathlon and aquabike. I can offer programmes to take you to a specific event, general advice and support or longer term coach-athlete relationship.
