Training Sessions
Swim: Every Monday coached Masters session at Whitchurch Swimming Pool (members over 14). Bike/Spin: Every Wednesday 7-8pm at Bodytech Gym during winter months. Access to over 150 coached swim, bike, run sessions yearly, Saturday run/cycle free.
