About Viceroy Triathlon club (VTC)

Viceroys Triathlon Club (VTC) is a friendly, relaxed community triathlon club founded in 2006 in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, welcoming members from novices to experienced athletes with a focus on fun, support, and multisport training.

Training Sessions

Monday: coached open-water swim at Shepperton Lake (3x30min sessions). Wednesday: evening track running session. Tuesday evenings: bike rides and Power Hour (6:45pm). Other strength & conditioning, coached sessions.
