Weekly sessions include: Mon/Wed coached swim at GL1 Twyver Pool (20:00-21:30), Tue coached run at Oxstalls (18:30, Oct-May) or open water swim at Ploddy Lake (~17:00, May-Oct), Fri open water swim (~17:00, May-Oct), Sat/Sun group rides (various).
