About Tri-Logic Cornwall Cornwall
Cornwall's oldest dedicated triathlon club, formed in 1997, offering training in swim, bike, and run with qualified coaches for members from novices to experienced athletes.
Training Sessions
Swim: Mondays 7-8pm winter at Helston Sports Centre, summer at Travassack Lake (£5 members). Bike: Wednesdays 7-8pm spinning at Bornefit Gym Pool TR15 3QJ; Sunday social rides (details on FB). Run: Tuesdays 7-8pm & Thursdays 7-8pm track at Carn Brea Leisure Centre; Fridays 7:30-8:30pm strength & conditioning at Bornefit Gym.
