Pool swim Tue 8:30-9:30pm (Oct-Apr Workington); Open water swim Mon 6pm (May-Sep Bassenthwaite); Track run Wed 6-7pm (Copeland); Brick bike/run Tue 6:30pm (May-Sep Cockermouth); Gym Thu 7pm (Lake District Barbell); Social rides Sat/Sun ~8:30am; Zwift winter Mon/Fri 6pm.
