About Tri Henley
Tri-Henley is a friendly and welcoming junior triathlon club for boys and girls from Year 4/5 to Year 11, based in Henley-on-Thames and Shiplake, affiliated with British Triathlon (TriMark Bronze). Members range from competitive athletes to beginners seeking fun, exercise, and friends; requires basic swim ability.
Training Sessions
Wednesdays: Swim training (winter 7:15-8:00pm Henley Leisure Centre; summer open water). Thursdays: Bike and run 6:30-8:00pm Shiplake College grounds. During school term times.
