About Stowmarket Striders Running club
Stowmarket Striders is Suffolk's friendliest running club, founded in 1986, with over 300 members of all ages (9+) and abilities, welcoming beginners to experienced athletes with coach-led sessions to support progression and competition.
Training Sessions
Tuesdays at Mid-Suffolk Leisure Centre: 6:30pm coach-led for beginners/new runners/injury recovery; 7:30pm coach-led for experienced runners. Thursdays 6:30pm & 7:30pm: social runs (4-6 miles) or coach-led structured training.
