Training Sessions
Swim: Tue/Fri 20:00-21:00 Hazel Grove; Fri 19:00-20:00 Cheadle. Run: Wed 19:00-20:00 trail; Thu 18:30-19:30 track at Woodbank Park. Bike: regular on/off road rides led by leaders.
