About Pendle triathlon club
A friendly and supportive adult-only community triathlon club based in the Northwest of England, founded in 2010, welcoming members of all levels from beginners to seasoned athletes who share a passion for swim, bike, and run.
Training Sessions
Tuesday: Coached swim at Pendle Leisure Centre 20:00-21:00. Wednesday: Spring/Summer bike ride 6:15/6:30pm (~2hrs); Autumn/Winter strength & conditioning 19:00-20:00. Thursday: Spring/Summer open water swim at Lake Burwain. Sat/Sun: Races or off-season parkrun/social bike rides. Additional: brick sessions, coached runs via Trawden AC, OWS sessions.
