Oxford Tri is a friendly, inclusive triathlon club based in Oxfordshire, founded in 1988, catering to all abilities from novices to elite athletes with a focus on inclusion, empowerment, and togetherness.
Training Sessions
Swimming: 4 weekly coached sessions in Oxford/Thame (winter), 2 open water at Queenford Lake (summer). Cycling: Weekend social rides, winter virtual. Running: Thursday coached track, occasional social runs, winter XC league. Average 8 coached sessions/week, plus social.
