Training Sessions
Swim: Thu 20:00-21:00 at One Leisure. Bike: Wed 20:00-21:00 Zwift home, Sat 9:30 long ride Ambience Cafe. Run: Mon/Thu 18:30 Riverside Rowing Club, Tue 18:30 speedwork (FB), Sun 08:30 long run (FB).
