About Monmouth Tri Club
Monmouth Tri Club is a small, supportive community triathlon club open to all levels, including newcomers, where members train together and compete locally, nationally, and internationally. They offer coached sessions, events, and support for multisport racing.
Training Sessions
Swim: Mondays 7:30-8:30pm at Monmouth School Sports Club. Bike: Sundays ~3hr ride, meet 9am at old Monnow Bridge (check Facebook). Run: Individual or via sister club Spirit of Monmouth RC (Tues/Thurs evenings).
