Mon 20:00-21:00 (Oct-Apr, Haywards Heath RH16 1TW); Tue various swim sessions; Wed spin 19:30-20:30 (winter, Dolphin Centre RH16 1LY); Thu 19:00-21:00 (year-round, Dolphin Centre); Sat open water swim 08:15-09:45 (May-Sep, Ardingly); Sun ad-hoc bike rides.
