About Malvern Triathlon Club
Founded in 2013, Malvern Triathlon Club is a friendly community club committed to creating opportunities for adults in the local area to get into multi-sport, welcoming complete novices through to experienced triathletes of all abilities.
Training Sessions
Daily weekday 6:30am Strength & Conditioning via Zoom (Mon-Fri); Mon 7:10pm tri spin (bike) at Malvern Splash; Tue 7pm coached run in Malvern locations; Wed 7am coached swim at Malvern Splash; Sat/Sun 9am team turbo on Zwift (Oct-Mar); Sun 9:30am monthly 5/10k run (Oct-Mar).
