About Louth Triathlon Club

Training Sessions
Swim at Meridian Leisure Centre: Wed 8-9pm (coached), Sat 7:15-8:15am (uncoached), Sun 7:45-8:45am (coached). Run: Mon 6:30-7:30pm (free coached).
