Swim: Thursdays 8-9pm Braunstone Leisure Centre, open water Wed eve 6:30-8pm & Sat am 8-9:30am King Lear Lake (seasonal). Bike: Winter Mon spin Enderby, Mallory Park tri sessions, Sun rides. Run: Wed 6:30pm Watermead, Sat Parkrun, social runs.
