About Kendal Tri Club
Kendal Tri Club, founded in 1998 as Westmorland Triathletes, is a friendly community club with over 100 members from Kendal and South Lakes areas, catering to all abilities from novices to elite athletes in a supportive environment. Triathlon England affiliated and BTF TriMark Club Bronze Accredited, offering sessions for tri/du/aquabike and cross-training.
Training Sessions
Pool swims Mon/Wed 7:30-8:30PM at Kendal Leisure Centre (endurance, speed, technique, OW skills); spinning, biking, running, strength, yoga sessions various weekdays ~6-8PM and Sun mornings via [bookwhen](https://bookwhen.com/kendaltri); social runs monthly.
