About Hillingdon Triathletes London
Hillingdon Triathletes is a friendly West London community triathlon club founded in 1986, with over 350 members aged 14 to 80+ from novices to GB athletes, offering coached sessions in swim, bike, and run, and named Triathlon England Club of the Year 2022.

Swim sessions at Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex UB8 1ES (£5.50, book via Spond); Tuesday/Thursday evening run sessions 18:30 around Hillingdon Sports Complex (free); Sunday bike rides from Denham UB9 4DF (08:15/09:00, all abilities); Saturday parkrun at Black Park SL3 6DS from 08:15.
