Established in 2012, an inclusive multi-sport club for all fitness levels from newcomers to elite athletes, offering coached sessions and organizing the Harrogate Triathlon.

Mon: Run track/OWS 7-8pm; Tue/Thu: Coached swims 6:30-7:30am/7-8pm; Wed: S&C 7:15-8:15pm, TT bike 7-8pm; Sat: Run 9am; Sun: Bike 9am, Yoga 5:45-6:30pm
