Evolution Tri (Evo Tri) is a fun, friendly BTF-affiliated triathlon club based in Windsor, offering coached swim, bike, and run sessions for all abilities from complete beginners to experienced athletes, including juniors aged 7-16. Members enjoy open water swimming at local lakes, team racing, and a supportive community across hubs in Windsor, Marlow, and High Wycombe.
Training Sessions
Adult sessions include spin/run bricks (Mon eve), open water swims (various lakes Mon/Thu eve), pool swims (Tue eve); Junior: Open water swim (Mon/Thu 6:15pm Marlow/Liquid), pool swim (Tue 6:15pm Windsor Leisure), run/bike (Sat 10:30am-12 Bovney). Various locations like Windsor Leisure Centre, Great Park, Wycombe Rye Lido.
