About East Cornwall Harriers Cornwall
East Cornwall Harriers is a friendly, inclusive running club based in Liskeard, welcoming runners of all abilities from beginners to ultra-marathoners. They support participation in various events including triathlons and organize the Cornish Marathon.
Training Sessions
Mon 6pm 5k social run (Lux Park); Tue 6:30pm intervals or 5-6 mile run; Wed 6:30pm walk/jog/run groups; Thu 6:30pm 5-6 mile run; Sat/Sun 8-8:30am varying distance runs. All at Lux Park Lower Carpark unless noted; runs 6 days/week, Couch to 5K programs.
