About Bedford Harriers AC Bedfordshire

Bedford Harriers AC, established in 1985, is a friendly, coach-led community athletics club offering running and triathlon training for all abilities from beginners to elite athletes, including juniors and adults.

Training Sessions

Main training sessions Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm at Bedford International Athletics Stadium; groups for all abilities; Saturday morning sessions for some groups; triathlon members compete at various levels.
