About Avon Valley triathletes
Avon Valley Triathletes is the multi-sport arm of Avon Valley Runners, welcoming Ironman finishers to first-time duathletes with supportive training sessions and beginner 'Tri a' events.
Training Sessions
Coached swims Mon/Tue/Fri 7am and Wed 9-10pm at Trowbridge Sports Centre (£8); various bikes/rides weekly (details on FB); runs via AVR multiple times weekly. Must swim 200m front crawl for swim sessions.
